2012 saw Safeware Quasar’s annual conference SafeCom relocate to a more central location in Solihull to accommodate both the increasing numbers of attendees and the addition of an exhibition.
A record number of 150 delegates attended the regulatory conference from across the globe to see presentations from an impressive line-up of prestigious industry experts including representatives from ECHA and HSE.
The primary purpose of the SafeCom conference is to equip attendees with relevant information that will aid them with planning for upcoming regulatory changes and ensure the delegates have a clear understanding of their current and future obligations.
The introduction of the exhibition was welcomed by the delegates as the companies invited to exhibit were able to offer real solutions to issues companies may be facing within the industry.
The positive feedback we have received following this year’s conference has been overwhelming. SafeCom is clearly a reputable conference that lends the opportunity for delegates to not only learn more about change within the industry, but also to liaise with other company representatives who find themselves in similar situations.
Here’s to an even bigger and even better SafeCom 2013!
