Automated Safety Data Sheet Distribution System
In addition to the accurate production of Safety Data Sheets, our customers also have a need to ensure that those documents are distributed efficiently and reliably, in order to achieve full regulatory compliance.
SDSOrder2 has been developed to help customers achieve just that. Safeware have used the latest technology from Microsoft to develop SDSOrder2 including VB.NET and ASP.NET using a SQL Server Database which makes it compatible with all the latest Microsoft Server Operating Systems including Server 2003.

SDSorder2 enables you to automate, manage and control the distribution of safety data sheets as soon as products are ordered. When an order is received from your customer, SDSOrder2 automatically determines whether this order requires a safety data sheet. If a safety data sheet is required an SDS is despatched by your customer’s preferred method (email, fax, print or CD). The system then records the detail of the order in a history log so that a full audit trail is available of what has been sent to whom, and when. |
